Please READ before deciding on any Services, Package or making deposits. Bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. All appointments are request until approved by service provider. Please note time requested MAY be adjusted, and “appointments are NOT guaranteed to start at it exact schedule time.” Upon arrival Text that you have arrived and please patiently wait in your vehicle. Beauty Body Boss has a 50% penalty for any no-call, no-show, within 48 hours rescheduling & cancellation of any scheduled appointment. Any advance appointment rescheduled has a “one time” rescheduling and has to be rescheduled within three (3) business days or the next available slot or deposit is forfeit. Multiple rescheduling/cancellations will results in the inability to schedule. Cancellations less than 48 hr noticed will be changed 50% of service. If any faulty or inactive cards on file, client will result in inability farther booking. In addition to policies, I ask that all client give a 48 hr notice for timing and preparation purposes if any slots are available. Last minute appointments, service change will result in a $65 inconvenience fee IF TIME IS AVAILABLE. (Please understand this is in addition to service fee.) For future reference all same day booking, any over the phone booking, including emails, the fees will apply and doubled payment for holidays is due at the moment service(s) is booked and agreed by Apple Pay, Venmo or Zelle ONLY. It is highly encourage using the booking site for what is available to avoid any inconvenience fees. Package policies include but not limited to, any fees due to last minute cancellation is due before last appointment can be fulfilled and appointments still need to be serviced within its structured timeframe. Fitness packages make up sessions need to be scheduled within the month timing of package. Roll over session are prohibited.
